Deakins Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) equips you with market-ready skills for construction management, quantity surveying and property development. Qualification: Bachelor Degree (Honours)

Course structure: 32 credit points over 4 years. The Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) may be completed in less than four years by taking selected units in trimester 3. This also provides for greater flexibility.

Graduates may find employment as a construction manager, estimator, project manager or quantity surveyor in a range of industry organisations such as contractors, property developers and consulting firms. Opportunities also exist in the property and facilities divisions of companies that are responsible for large property portfolios.
